Our Story
Ros London was born from a passion for authentic Thai cooking and a dream of sharing it with London. Our name, "Ros" (รส), translates to "flavour" in Thai — and that single word captures everything we stand for.
Our founder Poon grew up on the shores of Phuket, surrounded by the bold, sea-kissed flavours of Takua Pa and Phang Nga. A self-confessed food obsessive, her passion runs deeper than any single region — from the fiery curries of the South to the aromatic noodle soups of the North and the zesty salads of Isaan. She brought that love of Thailand's regional cooking to London, one dish at a time.
We source the freshest British produce and combine it with imported Thai ingredients to create dishes that are bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying. No shortcuts, no compromise — just pure รส.
